An order was placed on 7/21/24.
The customer started a return, and was refunded on 7/25/24.
The product was never returned.
The FBA Returns page of Seller Central says that we were reimbursed for this product, but I cannot find the reimbursement. If I click on "View report" it shows that there have been zero reimbursements for this order. It looks like we still need to be reimbursed for this.
I reached out to Seller Support and they keep sending me the same BS copy/pasted response about not being able to request a reimbursement after 60 days.
I don't see how the 60 day thing applies when Seller Central already shows that we should be reimbursed. I am not requesting a new reimbursement. I am simply trying to get the reimbursement we were already entitled to.

After several days of back and forth, I was finally able to get a competent person from Seller Support to resolve this, and issue the reimbursement.
