AWD replenishment timelines

We're looking into starting to use AWD for the holiday season due to capacity restrictions for FBA storage. Can anyone comment on their experience with how long it takes for inventory to move from AWD to FBA when requesting a manual replenishment?

I've spoken with an AWD rep who said it's 2-4 days. But the AWD guidelines/FAQs state 10-14 days:

"AWD Replenishment frequently asked questions

How long does it take for inventory to replenish from the AWD storage facility to FBA?

The replenishments take up to an average of 14 days to move from an AWD center to the FBA network."

I'm trying to figure out what the true transit time typically is?

Hi @Seller_DFVt9TubzI6ep,

Shipments inbound to AWD typically take 2-4 days once they arrive to be received at the AWD site. Separately, automated replenishment and manual replenishment takes an average of 14 days for the inventory to move from an AWD distribution center to the FBA network.

Hope that helps!

my experience with awd has been terrible, I am losing money because of awd, I have a product that has no units available in fba and more than 400 in awd, the movement from awd to fba is terrible, it takes more than 20 days on these dates, terrible terrible terrible, i am losing money because i am not selling because i do not have units for prime. in a new product the units arrived at awd on september 9 and today october 3 i do not have any units available in prime, only 12 units available, more than 100 units moving from awd to fba and nothing that they become available in fba, this awd program is a complete disaster, they sell it as the best of the best but the reality is a disaster, they make you lose money and they are not responsible.
