AWD Replenishment Delay for Over a Month
We've ran out of stock for one of the best sellers during this Christmas season, whereas hundreds of units frozen in AWD shipments to FBA. The shipments were created over a month ago.
Now we're losing sales because of the inefficiency of AWD. This is one of the biggest risks when keeping inventory at AWD, besides inventory loss.
Amazon continues to disappoint its seller partners with this AWD. We're frustrated and Seller Support is not helping anything!

Amazon is not processing new inventory during November and December. The inventory should have had it sent at the beginning of September to make sure it was processed for the holiday shopping.
Seller support can do anything because FBA isn't doing anything. Not sure where you operate in the retail trade, but retail stores and a lot of Amazon sellers will be shopping for 2025 holiday products at the January thru March trade shows. Seasonal selling is always planned out6-8 months in advance.
