Hi,
I have been contacted by multiple customers telling me that their reviews are constantly rejected. Nothing they say is in reference to any other product. These customers are happy with the product and want to tell others. But for some reason Amazon has restricted positive reviews on all my ASINs. Negative reviews on the other hand are posted instantly, even when they go against compliance regulations.
I have reached out to seller support many times regarding this issue but every time I do, Amazon delists my ASIN as "restricted". It's like i'm being punished for even inquiring. I eventually show Amazon that my products are not restricted and after weeks of back and forth, I get my ASINs reinstated, with the loss in revenue that this implies. Because of this, I will no longer contact seller support for this issue.
In addition, the customers that do contact me regarding their inability to leave a positive review, may only represent a fraction of those who experience the same limitation and don't contact me, which means my products may have enjoyed a much higher rating and the increase in sales that goes with it.
Anyone else suffering from this kind of discrimination?
