Customers are Unable to leave reviews
It appears that customers are unable to leave reviews on my product page, and receiving an error message saying that there is a limitation on submitting reviews (although I only have 3 review on my product).
My Customer Experience (CX) Health is rated as "Good," but the inability for customers to leave reviews is significantly impacting my sales. as I have now only 3 review on total of 3.6 stars.
Any body had the same experience? any advices?
