Regarding product reviews:

Amazon automatically sends emails asking buyers to leave reviews. You do not have to do anything in this regard.

If you decide to ask a buyer to leave a review, you may not ask for a positive review or ask for reviews only from buyers who had a positive experience, nor may you ask customers to change or remove their review, or attempt to influence the review. For example, you may not offer any compensation for a review, including money or gift cards, free or discounted products, refunds or reimbursements, or any other future benefits.

As sellers and manufacturers, you are not allowed to review your own products, or to negatively review a competitor's product. Violation of our policies may also violate applicable laws, which can lead to legal action and civil and criminal penalties. If you violate our policies, Amazon reserves the right to disclose your name and other related information publicly and to civil or criminal enforcement authorities.

Regarding Seller Feedback:

Product reviews provide a description about the quality of the product, its function or usefulness. Seller feedback covers the experience provided by the seller from whom the product has been purchased, in terms of reliability, quality, and overall fulfillment experience.

While leaving feedback on an order, buyers can select a star rating and from a set of pre-defined reasons. Buyers can also leave their comments as free-form text. Feedback consists of the feedback rating and the feedback comment, which describes buyers’ order fulfillment experience in their own words.
