When we click remove the feedabck it comes with this notice. We have reviewed this feedback and found that it is not in violation of our guidelines and has been retained. To request further review of this decision, re-open the case in Case Log.

However this information is relative to the product not the seller. And this is non sense at all.

The item was shipped and deliverd within the estimated delivery date. However, buyer buyer said he never received the item. I believe the seller was not responsible when the item was deliverd to the buyer at the correct time.

I'd like to clarify that we did ship the dress and updated the tracking number on Amazon on January 8th. This action was fully compliant with the timeframe specified on Amazon. We shipped the item in a timely manner. The negative feedback was based on a shipping delay that was unfortunately beyond our control. Our shipping partners encountered unforeseen circumstances, specifically severe weather conditions, which led to the delay.

Since shipment delays due to weather are beyond our control, we request that the negative comments be removed.
