I have an issue with feedback. The feedback manager didn't remove the negative feedback. To request further review of this decision, re-open the case in Case Log. Please review case 17076742331
The item was shipped and deliverd within the estimated delivery date. However, buyer buyer said he never received the item. I believe the seller was not responsible when the item was deliverd to the buyer at the correct time.
