Approximately seven ASINs were marked as "detail page removed" and their stock moved to "unfulfillable" due to "food and product safety issues."
After submitting all the required information, the compliance team confirmed that the ASINs are compliant for sale on Amazon. However, they insist that I must remove all stock from Amazon warehouses and then resend it.
This process is illogical and would result in significant cost and time loss. Since I've proven the current stock in Amazon's warehouse is compliant and they acknowledged it, I need them to change my stock status from "unfulfillable" to "fulfillable" without requiring a removal order.
PLEASE HELP!
This mistake could lead to losses amounting to hundreds of thousands of dollars.
Has anyone experienced something similar? If there is someone from Amazon here who can help escalate the case, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
