Hover AutoPlay Video for Listings in Product Search Results
Has anyone figured out how to get you listing video to autoplay with hovering over it in a search result? I see this feature available for several sellers. I am not referring to sponsored video ads. I am brand registered and it works for a few of my listings but not all of them and I have no idea why. I have followed all the video guidelines and opened up 2 different cases with seller support and brand registry regarding this with no help. If anyone has had any luck, please let me know. Thanks in advance.

I think that @Seller_i6S8knzW6zU6Z is correct that this is an advertising feature however if you want further assistance to review your ASINs that do and do not have the feature can you please provide your most recent Seller Support Case ID I can review? The Case ID should include the ASINs that are and are not providing this feature. Thank you.
