Transfer of Amazon Account

I have been using Seller for a few years now My girlfriend at the time was interested in doing it as well, but couldn't figure out how to set up the account. I set up one for her in my name. Long story short, she listed a couple items, but never really got into it and stopped. Now MY account is suspended because hers is. She hadn't sold anything in months, but was banned for:

Your Amazon Seller account was deactivated under the section 3 of the "Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement" and the "Unsuitable Inventory Investigations Policy".

Now, Amazon told me to provide a letter from her proving that she owned the account. I did that and they denied it. Then they asked for a Business Transfer Agreement. That was provided, but it was still denied. I called Amazon and they said I had to take everything out of my name, but during the verification process she was denied for the following reason:

-- The number that you entered in Seller Central when you registered your account does not match the unique ID number in the identity document. Update the number in Seller Central to match the unique ID number in the identity document.

Is there anything I can do to reactivate my account?

Thank you for reaching out regarding your account suspension. We understand how challenging this situation is, especially given your history as a seller and the circumstances surrounding the linked account.

The most straightforward solution would be to work on reinstating your girlfriend's account first. Your account suspension is linked directly from its connection to her deactivated account, so addressing her verification issue is the quickest and most viable path to a successful resolution. If pursuing your girlfriend’s account isn't viable, you'll still can to submit a very detailed appeal that includes:

  1. A precise timeline of events
  2. Exact dates when both accounts were created
  3. Clear explanation of the relationship between the accounts
  4. Current status of the relationship and account management

However, it's very important to understand that if there's any ongoing connection between the accounts, the appeal is likely to be rejected. We cannot guarantee that your account will be reactivated if you choose the second option.
