Amazon charging return postage 2 months later on buyer faulted returns

Lately, Amazon has been charging us return shipping labels on buyer-faulted returns (Return reason = no longer needed, Bought by mistake) that were previously closed.

I have opened a couple of cases with both seller support and Safe-T, but Amazon keeps denying them. I see a similar discussion started a week ago by another seller. Amazon, can you please help.

1) Safe-T Claim 85839-40352-2864446/Case ID 14828172511.

Amazon originally did not charge me the $6.33 return shipping label for this buyer-fault return (Return reason = Bought by mistake by mistake). But for some reason, Amazon processed another transaction on the same day to charge it back. It was processed correctly the first time, so I did not understand the additional charge the 2nd time.

2) Case ID ID 14827944741

Order 112-5590949-0331422. Initial refund did not charge the return shipping label on 12/15/23, but Amazon decided to deduct this amount on 2/19/24.

Hi @Seller_ekrc8K1J5wKXd,

Thank you for providing a summary of the issue for each order. I'm looking in to the issue alongside our Safe-T claims team and will let you know once I have an update.
