My Account deactivated due to the consumer inform act on Nov,19. I have been trying for a month to activate my account but unable to succeed,I think I am unable to understand the reason for rejection of my documents or the support team is unable to mention specific reasons.
My Account should be activated due to the following reasons.
1- Consumers inform Act does not apply on my Account as there is no selling history.
2- My Bank statement is under 180 days.
3- My country of Birth and country of citizenship is Same, I have provided my National ID card, driving license, my professional licence,LLC,EIN, Bank statement for further verification proof.
4- I have attached my LLC with my account after 5-6 months after opening an account with Amazon.
5- My LLC address and my country of citizenship have been verified by Amazon.
On phone call support team confirmed there is no issue in dcouments.and account will be activated.but i get same reply from account health support team.
Now one thing a very clear,support team reply is just copy and paste,they are not interested in your case, they will close the case,and reply we can not provide support on it.
there is no check on support team, there is no complain system against support team.
Once the Account deactivated ,its almost impossible to reactivate. as account health team do not have any concern with your account, They are not problem solver,they are problem creater.
