brand name hijacked by "dzotmyn"

like many other sellers facing the same issue, we have come across the same brand "dzotmyn" hijacking 2 of the ASINs we were selling on. Please help

Doubt if you will get much help.
And do you know there is a Tab where sellers can click to duplicate any listing they want, change a few box entries, and upload it live. The tab has been there for a while now.
Your problem is that you are confusing two unrelated issues. You own a registered brand name. Do you own the patient on the product? No, your branded store just sells the product that is open to anyone to sell.

I looked into the case but it did not have details on 1. If you are the brand owner, 2. If you are the ASIN creator, 3. What brand name you want it reflected to.
When looking into ASIN B0777NF7GL, I see that previously it was under A*X Rep**** (full brand name hidden for security) Is this correct?
ASIN B077BCCHB1 was showing Q****tycr***or.
Please let me know this information and I'm happy to see where I can assist further.
