Read onlyHi, I’m a new Amazon seller and after registration, my account was suspended and I received this email:
Hello,
We are reviewing your Amazon.com seller account. During our review, you will not be able to sell on Amazon.com.
Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.
You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please send an email to payments-funds@amazon.com.
Please provide the following documents and confirm there is a valid credit card on file:
–Utility bill with name and address visible
–Business license, if applicable
–If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days. You can send files in .pdf, .png, or .gif format. These documents must be authentic and unaltered. You may remove pricing information, but the rest of the document must be visible. Please send the documents to seller-performance@amazon.com.
Once we receive your documents, we will review them and decide whether you may sell on Amazon.com again.
In a first time, I mad a mistake and I send them my bank statement. After I send them my waste collection utility bill but they don’t accept the png document. So I received this:
Hello,
We reviewed your account and the information you provided, and we have decided that you may not sell on Amazon.com.
We may not respond to further emails about this issue.
Sincerely,
Seller Performance Team

What can I do? I’m not sure, but I think that Amazon doesn’t consider the waste collection an “utility”. Do I have one last chance? In the utility bill that I provided, there are my name and my address (the same address that I enter during registration).
I can try to provide the document in pdf format but I’m afraid they will suspend me forever.
Yes, they do. It is clearly stated in the e-ail you received from them.
Are you a seller from the US? I’m going to assume not. Since I have not heard of anyone here referring to a “waste collection utility bill.”
You are supposed to provide:
And, if not in English, or the approved languages. It shall be translated, and notarized.
I think there’s more to it and you need to review everything you sent on an what you put for your account.
Also this thread might help some :
They accept documents in .png format. Did you send bank statement alone, and then the utility bill alone?
It is recommended that with each submission of documents, you submit all of them.
Providing all documents in one reply will help prevent this ongoing cycle, of sending one document at a time. It will never have a happy ending. You are making their job that much more difficult.
Read through this topic and be sure everything is in order, (together) before sending anything else.
They want a utility bill, not my bank statement, in Italy I pay for my house waste collection and we have a utility bill. But I supposed that in the US waste collection is not considered a “utility” because it doesn’t include cables or pipes. I took a photo in png and I converted it in png format but they didn’t accept them Should I try with pdf format?
The Italian language is ok for the utility bill.
I will provide them my gas or electric utility bill… I think it’s the only solution.
Hi, I’m Italian and I don’t understand if I have to provide a business license or not. I don’t have one. In Italy is necessary for this kind of business, but one of my friends send only the utility bill and she completes the account reviewing successfully.
If it is not necessary to send it I could make the business license after, when I complete the verification process and I am sure that I’m able to sell on Amazon… Could you help me, please?
