Read onlyI'm very confused on this policy, it seems backwards to me. When inventory is lost on a shipment to FBA by our own carrier, we are required to provide proof of ownership, but when inventory is lost on a shipment from AWD to FBA, we are required to provide proof of ownership AND proof of delivery.
How do we provide proof of delivery for an internal Amazon shipment? And why is this being required for these shipments?
i hope you get your units back ive been waiting since May of 2024 i gave amazon everything they asked me for and they stop responding to me and never gave me back my money
