Inventory Lost on Shipment from AWD and FBA.. How do we provide proof of delivery?

Inventory Lost on Shipment from AWD and FBA.. How do we provide proof of delivery?

I'm very confused on this policy, it seems backwards to me. When inventory is lost on a shipment to FBA by our own carrier, we are required to provide proof of ownership, but when inventory is lost on a shipment from AWD to FBA, we are required to provide proof of ownership AND proof of delivery.

How do we provide proof of delivery for an internal Amazon shipment? And why is this being required for these shipments?
