Read onlyWe have found discrepancy in Multi-shipments ( List Given Blow ) which was automated from AWD to FBA. There is a discrepancy of Multi-units. How i filling a case for discrepancy issues in AWD Shipments to FBA without Proof of delivery.
I contacted Seller Support with my questions about the shipments Proof of Delivery Documents ( Case Id : 17078097661 ) and Asked Why Amazon has been requesting Proof of delivery (Less than truckload (LTL)), however, we do not have the POD for such shipments, as AWD takes care of all the shipping appointments, details, etc. Please help us with the following shipments:
