UPS approved 5 claims, and sent out 5 checks. The 5 Checks were sent to Amazon and were cashed out by amazon according to UPS. I contacted Amazon, and they told me to get in touch with UPS.
After I told Amazon support about what happened they replied "As you believe you have already filed claim with UPS for the concerned orders, we suggest you to contact your carrier, "UPS" for enquiries regarding claim refund."
UPS and Amazon keep sending me from one to the other, and I am stuck in the middle.
Has anyone experienced this, if so how can I get refunded for those claims.

How about that. Are you selling FBA or FBM? If you purchased the shipping thru Amazon, Amazon paid for the shipping and is who the check is sent to. Good Luck in getting any reimbursement.
In addition, don't you thinh amazon uses the software to get reimbursement of onernight shipping when it does not arrive by the stated time. Sellers get the negative feedback with a strike through, but Amazon gets the refund of the postage paid.
The check is normally send to the "ship-from" address when you purchase the label on Amazon. Unless you call UPS's claim dept to change the mailing address of the payment check before mailing out. Amazon does not receive the check.
Hello @Seller_GryYBOfwaPZSt Can you please share an Amazon Case ID where you shared the claims details and were informed that you should contact UPS?
Have you attempted to call UPS directly at 1-800-711-5914: the preferred UPS customer service number for Amazon sellers? It's been in place for some time for Amazon sellers to schedule pickups and file loss/damage claims among other services.

@KJ_Amazon Not on the check subject however, I have been around over 13 years, and "schedule a UPS pickup" when we have Amazon Shipments going out is news to me!
Can you confirm this...
We pay for a daily pickup and have been doing this since 1990.
They going automatically to amazon unless you call them to let them know the address you want it to go to. Every time I win a claim regarding a package they lost, I have to call to confirm the address the check is going to. An employee from UPS was the on who told me they automatically go to an amazon address unless we call to change it.
Hope this helps.
Hello @Seller_GryYBOfwaPZSt @Seller_IFRrkIcoHoGF8 @Seller_0gkMrYFoEwrOm and any other sellers asking about UPS claim checks/reimbursements that have not been received:
Your first step is to call UPS directly at 1-800-711-5914: the preferred UPS customer service number for Amazon sellers and request assistance. That number is in place for Amazon sellers to schedule pickups and file loss/damage claims among other services.
If you have attempted this but still need assistance, you need to open an Amazon support case.
If you have done both of the above and still require resolution, please share the Case ID here so I can escalate it to our partner team.

Thank you for responding to others.
Again, Please point me to the authorization or policy that we can call Amazon for pickups as a seller.
Thank you in advance, KJ.
Thank you for your response @KJ_Amazon that is very honorable. The issue is we have been paying for pickup since 1990 every day. The original answer you gave, indicated to us that Amazon may pay for our pickups when we have Amazon orders and FBA shipments going out by UPS.
At least that is how we read it. So I understand that, we and all other sellers, do not get to call UPS for a "free" pickup, when we have packages shipping UPS.
We now pay pay $7.00 a day 5 days a week for our daily pickup.
Amazon does NOT provide a way around that. As a mater of fact, if we called every day they, (UPS) would even charge us more.
Again, thank you for the clarification.
Peace.
The last time I was on the phone with UPS making a claim, he also tried the scheme, "The checks go to Amazon".
I explained that whenever I file Amazon claims, the checks go to me. He put me on hold for 2 seconds. "Oh yeah, I see now. The checks go to you." I think it's another UPS scam, like the adjustments, to get you to go away and they get to keep the money.
