Read onlydiscussion.i have been trying to get Amazon's attention to a2z fraud cases, but it seems no one cares.
I have been getting a lot of claims that the order was not received, whereas it shows it was delivered.
I do purchase shipping via Amazon, and Amazon covers the cost of all the A2Z claims, but it's time-consuming to go back and forth with every customer after their order.
This is how they are committing the fraud
They sell my products on other websites like Walmart or eBay, etc. Someone places an order with them. They come to amazon (the people who are committing the fraud) open a new account with their customers name and info, pay for the order via gift card or temp credit card, have the product shipped to their customer and they (the people who are committing the fraud) then file an A2Z claim.
Every time they do that, they open a new account

How do I know that?
Every time they create an account, they create it with their customer's name and address
I was able to find the real customer phone number online (public records)
I called these customer's and asked if they received their order, and they confirmed that they received it.
When I asked them where they ordered it from, they said Walmart or eBay.
Is there someone at Amazon who could report this to the right department or management.
It's time for Amazon to be able to verify all new accounts to eliminate fraud????

YOu are likley the target of a ring of dropshippers on walmart that are abusing us and amazon. There is a class action law suit currently against walmart for us amazon sellers to take advantage of. And it will end up helping amazon a great deal at the same time.
the law firm is called Chimicles. you will have to do a search for them and walmart and it will get you there. fill out the info and lets get this taken care of together.
We sell on Amazon heavy items such as tires, its very expensive to ship freight cost $200-$500 each way, we having customers ordering than after we shipped the tires they decide to cancel, we notified the buyer that its on the way and we can't cancel, so the customer go and open A-Z for not receiving the tires after the freight company called him to schedule a delivery he just did not respond and call back to the freight company so he can say he did not receive the tires and its ready to deliver, guess what Amazon go a head and refund hm $1800 and we now have to lose $350 shipping cost and return the tires, this is an ongoing issue that A-Z refund quick without even checking the facts and we lose so much money.

Last week we lost $1350 due to Customer saying he did not received the tire, we uploaded proof of delivery yes Amazon A-z Fraud people who don't care about ist seller refunded the customer we are considering taking amazon A-Z to small claim Court to seek our losses.
