GUYS, IS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCING THIS??? AMAZON IS PROMISING CUSTOMERS WHO PAY FOR "STANDARD SHIPPING UPGRADE", 2 DAY DELIVERY TIMES??? WHAT THE HECK? I received 50 orders over the last weekend, and begin shipping orders today, (on Monday, the first day USPS is open after their order), and ALL the orders with standard shipping upgrades, have delivery in 2 days by this Wed, or they are late???? USPS' Priority Mail offers 3-4 day delivery, NOT 2. NOW ALL of my Standard shipping orders are going to be LATE, and not covered by Amz delivery guarantee to avoid LATE Penalties on account health?? These are all orders with sale price ranging from $30-50. Customer is paying like $4 for standard upgrade, yet the only options for 2 day shipping are $30-50 shipping cost! For 12oz packages that normally cost $8-10 to ship priority.

WHY is Amazon promising 2 day delivery for a $3-4 Standard Upgrade. USPS, the #1 delivery svc in the USA, doesnt even OFFER a 2 day svc! Only USPS Ground (3-6 day), Priority (3-4 day), and Overnight, which is usually $30-50. I NOW WANT to CUT OFF standard shipping templete, and just go with free economy, but there is no way to do it.

WHY IS THE EDD ON HALF OF THESE WITHIN 1-2 DAYS OF THE ORDER OR EXPECTED SHIPPING DATE?

IF I HAD ELECTED UPS NEXT DAY AIR- THAT MAKES SENSE BUT THIS IS THE SLOWEST SHIPPING SERVICE AND MY SET TRANSIT TIME IS 3-5 DAYS

We created more than 10 listings today with seller fulfilled prime shipping template. Our SFP is normal and all our exisitng listings are showing prime shipping options for prime members. However, the listings created today are all showing only regular shipping with no prime shipping. We created a case (ID: 17016267911) and the customer service just asked us to wait for 24 hours.

We tried to change to different shipping templates and it seems that the system did pick it when we changed to a slower shipping template. However, prime shipping was still not working.

This can significantly impact our 1-day and 2-day view percentage matrix. We want Amazon to quickly take actions on it to avoid our SFP being suspended because of the performance matrix due to the uncontrollable reason.
