UPS claims a package was delivered, with photos of the customers address--however, the customer complains they have not received it.
We've been struggling to file UPS claims through the UPS website, it almost always says to contact UPS (which we do--and results to a mid-tier c/s rep blabbering to get us off the phone).
What's the standard process for an item shipping through Amazon (purchased label through amazon) when the customer states the item has not been received?

The usual claim process is to contact UPS, but I have seen experiences from other sellers where they found resistance when filling claims. I found this thread where another member of this community went through similar claims and found workarounds that might be helpful to your case.
