Please note I am facing issues in getting reimbursement of pre-fulfilled cancellation fee which is also available in custom reports to be be refunded.

Although I have been following up for over 2 months now with no resolution and every executive answers the same answer that it will be refunded. I have done multiple follow ups with seller central team with same answers without any resolution.
