FULFILMENT FEE REIMBURSEMENT

From past 2 months for some of my customer reject orders I am not getting fulfilment fee reimbursement(handling fee+ pick and pack fee) and today also there are 2 FBA customer reject orders for which reimbursement is not issued. Does anybody facing same issue??
