Cancellation fee reimbursement not received

Hi Team,

Please note I am facing issues in getting reimbursement of pre-fulfilled cancellation fee which is also available in custom reports to be be refunded.

Although I have been following up for over 1 month now with no resolution and every executive answers the same answer that it will be refunded. I have done multiple follow ups with seller central team with same answers without any resolution.

Please help in resolving my issue.

I see the cancellation fee reimbursement for Order 408-2575959-4977169 was approved on 11/23.

Reimbursement of the cancellation charges will be issued to seller in 15 working days from the approval date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and National Holidays).

Please check for the order reimbursement in your Seller Central account.
