I REALLY Need Help With Brand Registry Rejection

Could really use your help understanding why my Brand Registry application is being rejected, even on appeal. I'm not sure what I am missing. I've sent several emails with no response and if I could just get some help on what I'm missing, I can fix it. My case ID is 15307775341. I submitted my application with a pending USPTO trademark serial number. I included images with my branded packaging in my case log as well as a sales receipt and manufacturing contract and invoice. I'm not sure what else I could be missing or why it keeps getting rejected. If someone could help me understand, and close out the current application, I can reapply and fix whatever the reason you specify for the rejection. Thank you in advance!

Dougal from the Community Manager Team here and I'm happy to review your application and appeal for Brand Registry enrollment, thank you for the case ID.
Unfortunately, I cannot provide any additional detail than what was already provided on 5/21. As per their policy, the Appeals team will also not provide you the specified reason for application rejection.
The reason for rejection will be 1 of the 6 provided and I know it can be overwhelming to deep dive each one, but because your application has been marked as ineligible for 1 of those 6 reasons, you must successfully appeal in order to enroll your brand. I cannot request the case be closed in this situation.
I know this is not much help, but I cannot review the specified reason either. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
