Dear Amazon Brand Registry Team,

I am writing on behalf of Emzee Brand, and we are seeking assistance with our Brand Registry application, Case ID number 15026002491.

We initially applied for Brand Registry and provided packaging images with the brand logo as a sticker. We understand that this did not meet the requirements, and we were declined. Brand Registry requested us to correct it and re-enroll for brand registration with a new application. We have since made the necessary changes to print the brand logo on the packaging. We now have clear pictures of the packaging with the brand logo printed on it which meets the requested requirements.

However, when we are trying to re-enroll the brand and start a new application, the system won't allow us to re-enroll, and we're getting a message that the "application for brand Emzee is currently Pending.

We kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter. Could you please close the old case so we could start a new application? We are eager to complete the process and meet the requirements.

Please let us know if there are any additional things we need to do. We appreciate your time and support in resolving this issue.
