Brand Registry Repeated Rejection
I've been getting rejected from brand registry for over 2 weeks now and every time I try to resolve the problem I keep on getting the same copy-paste response from the brand registry team. Is there anyone who can help me? PLEASE!!!
The reasoning is "we are unable to approve your Brand Registry application because the trademark on the application either violates the intellectual property rights of others and/or is highly likely to be confused by customers for an established brand."
However, I have diligently searched through the USPTO database for any potential OBSIDIAN trademarks that would interfere with this application, and there are none. I have also diligently searched through the Amazon product catalog for any potential brands or products that this trademark can be confused for, and there are none.
I got my case escalated to the leadership team at seller support and they reviewed the USPTO database and current amazon products as well. They found absolutely nothing that could possibly be the reason for the rejection. The brand registry team is completely ignoring my request for escalation and it's impossible to get this resolved. I can't set up my store or anything. PLEASE HELP!
