They say it is due to VOC issues and I see some areas I can improve but I am not allowed to edit my listing. So I have replied to them multiple times and got the same response to address the issues. I went item by item and the same response, address the issue on VOC. So as I was looking at our site I realized everything you need to know about our product is on the listing and in the instruction video on our listing. Went step by step and got rejected. I also did a full Action Plan and was told that Amazon no longer does Action Plans. I altered images and did a feed file to show I am willing to take responsibility for people who don't understand what they are buying. I finally got ahold of someone who at least showed some compassion and said she would escalate this. been 2 days and nothing. Normally they respond in 10-12 hours.
