My seller account was deactivated on the 25th of January under section 3 unsuitable inventory. All required documents were submitted to Account Health. In 2 weeks, I received an email that I need to complete virtual identity and supply chain verification over a video interview. Fill out the form and selected available slots. The 1st interview was on the 29th of February, but there was a technical issue with internet from my side or interviewer's, I don't know. They asked to reschedule the interview and sent me a link to select available spots. The second interview was on the 21 of March, passed successfully without any technical issues. At the end of the interview, the interviewer asked me to send all required documents to email (provided by them email), I sent them all, but have not received any response yet. The third interview was the 2nd of April, I don't know why, because I did not received any response/result from my second interview or reschedule the interview. Yesterday, I requested a call from Amazon Account Health to ask about the status of my appeal. As I understand, they don't have any access about the status of my appeal.

- invoices from all suppliers
- current bank statement and credit statement
- business registration documents and ID
- agreement with prep center
