Unsuitable Inventory Suspension

I have been selling over 2.5 Years with FBA Wholesale, Recently my account was suspended with section 3 violation due to unsuitable inventory, I have already shared the original invoices, and bank account statement, and even a confirmation letter from the supplier, but amazon support keeps on rejecting requsting further supply chain documents, which the supplier is not willing to share. i have made 8 appeal with multiple POA and shared the full details of my business but nothing has worked, any ones else faced this issue which we can do to reinstate the account

Nothing from your supplier is valid. They do not have the authorization to allow you to re-sell on a marketplace such as Amazon.

The list of required documents for your account reactivation was provided to you via performance notification, if you cannot provide the supply chain, your account will remain deactivated.

When an account is deactivated due to Section 3 violation, the supply chain is required for an account reactivation.

The supply chain is used to to verify your item's ownership and it needs to contain detailed information about your supplier and their suppliers:

  1. Supplier information such as name, phone number, address, or website, item descriptions.
  2. Item quantities
  3. The invoice(s) from your supplier's supplier.
  4. Letter of Authorization from the rights owner
  5. Licensing agreement
  6. Order confirmation receipts if items were purchased online
  7. Document that proves that your supplier is authorized by the rights owner

Also, if you believe that the account deactivation happened in error, please send an appeal (including valid evidence) explaining why.

Please visit the pages Unsuitable Inventory Investigations Policy and Selling Policies and Seller Code of Conduct for more information.

The forums community and I are committed to assisting you. Feel free to share how we can support you moving forward.

Wish you all the best,

Nikki

Hey man were you able to get this resolved? What are you doing to try and get your inventory/money back?

My account is going through this same process and I schedule video interviews but they just keep pushing the date out.
