There is lot of jealousy and fake reviews going on the Amazon.

Some sellers intentionally ask their friends to buy products from their competition, and then give a bad review to their competition.

We recently received an order for quantity of 6, and were worried in advance that it will result in bad review with all kinds of fake scenarios.

This reviewer is saying that we are selling fake products, and they received only 5 items. We made 100% sure that quantity was 6 when we shipped.

Problem is that there is no way in finding that these reviewers are fake. They accomplished in damaging our reputation, and also will succeed in getting the refund.

Majority of the customers are genuine customers, and they always give fair review.

We received lot of good reviews from other customers for same product.

We recently had two items returned that are not our products. We have no idea what they are because it's nothing we make or sell. The return deduction was also taken from our SC account which is just wrong. These fake returns are become more frequent and we're concerned.

Can someone explain how this can happen and what we can do about it?

I have received over 10 fake negative reviews near Prime Day, with 4 of these reviews already being removed by Amazon. Those fake reviews suggest that these actions are likely from malicious competitors.

We take the below actions.

We report those fake reviews but no work.

We open a case (ID15678327841), but no help

We send an email to community-help, but still no work.

The reason why we think those reviews are fake:

1. They are from all new Amazon accounts with all negative reviews.

2. The shopping trajectories were highly similar. Besides, billing and delivery addresses were all in Canada and Singapore outside the United States.

3. The images from the review are all from current customer reviews.

4. Some review dates are earlier than the arrival dates

5. Some accounts leave several 1-star reviews in one day.
