Read onlyWe recently had two items returned that are not our products. We have no idea what they are because it's nothing we make or sell. The return deduction was also taken from our SC account which is just wrong. These fake returns are become more frequent and we're concerned.
Can someone explain how this can happen and what we can do about it?
