Hi there @Seller_PHeOeSB1OTSmS

Thank you for your post here in the New Seller Community. Yes, as a seller-fulfilled seller, you can still offer Prime Exclusive Discounts to buyers.

I've included the eligibility requirements below, but they can be found here as well.

Prime Exclusive Discounts can be offered on both Prime (FBA and SFP) and non-Prime (seller-fulfilled) offers. Your Prime Exclusive Discount must meet all of these criteria:

  • The product must be in new condition.
  • The product must have at least a three-star rating or no rating. Note, this requirement may change for discounts specific to special events such as Prime Day and Black Friday.
  • The discount must be at least 10% off the non-member, non-promotional price (that is, your price or sale price, whichever is lower). Note, this requirement may change for discounts specific to special events such as Prime Day and Black Friday.
  • The item is not a restricted product nor is it offensive, embarrassing, or inappropriate.
  • The Prime Exclusive Discounted price must beat the lowest price for the ASIN in the past 30 days. The lowest price in the last 30 days is the lowest customer bought price for the ASIN in that period including all deals, promotional, and sale prices across all sellers.
  • The product must comply with our customer product reviews policies. To learn more, go to Customer product reviews policies.
  • The product must be compliant with pricing policies. For more information, go to Amazon policy on reference prices.
  • The Prime Exclusive Discount price must be 5% lower than reference price (that is, List Price or Was Price). For more information, go to Amazon policy on reference prices and Show a reference price to your products.

Additional eligibility criteria for FBA offers:

  • The product must be eligible for Prime shipping in all regions within the country. Here's how you can sign up for FBA.

Additional eligibility criteria for seller-fulfilled offers:

  • Your account must have a late dispatch rate, and it must not be greater than 4% for the previous month before the deal starts.
  • Your account must have an order defect rate and it must not be greater than 1% for the previous month before the deal starts.
  • Your account must have a pre-fulfillment cancellation rate and it must not be greater than 0.5% for the previous month before the deal starts.
  • Your disbursement reserve policy must be set to 7 days or more after delivery.
  • The item must be shipped for free.

Lastly, here is a video from Seller Support that walks you through creating your first Prime Exclusive Discount.
