How do I request GTIN exemption
You must first be brand registered to apply for GTIN exemption.
I dont believe Amazon considers that a “product” yet then.

I apply for exemptions to ISBNs quite often and have had good luck. It probably depends on what kind of product you want to sell and why.
I had some books that were not in the catalog Circa 1902 Harper Brothers really interesting classics, beautifully bound - I did the paperwork and they wanted three pictures of one of the books and I now have an exemption for Harper Brothers…
Now any of the other -squirrly things - books- I’m going to have to request exemptions on…
It took about 36 to 48 hours and then another 24 hours for it to take, and be able to use oh, and that was only for one specific publisher…
Just got seven milk cartons of vintage children’s books without isbn’s most of them and I’m pretty sure they’re not going to be in the catalog, especially the ones from foreign publishers. …
Books are probably easier…
