GTIN Exemption denied
Hello,
I am running into an issue with GTIN exemption. I initially tried to apply for a GTIN exemption for a brand that I own but that wasn't registered in brand registry...
of course I got denied, and I have been told to register the brand with brand registry which I did.
now the brand is registered and I am trying again to request an exemption under this brand but it keeps getting denied no matter what I do...
I have tried to go back to selling application and reapply for the exemption but it does not work...
I tried to talk to the help center but besides sending me articles from the help center they are not very helpful...
I obviously read the article they keep sending me to and the products and brand qualify for the exemption but I keep getting denied.
Can someone help ? I don't know what to do anymore...
