hello , I have got hit with a review manipulation policy. What’s funny that Amazon did not provide me of any evidence of what was done my end or no further information about this issue I am trying to dive into this issue and see what was the root cause of this issue . I am very aware of amazons zero tolerance toward manipulation of reviews . I have not asked any customer for a positive review or to change a review or compensate a customer for a review. I checked my seller- buyer emails to see if I accidentally done anything wrong but nothing at all . After investigation long the matter . I realized a competitor placed an order from me that we both share . My conclusion is that this competitor contacted Amazon and lied about a review manipulation via I inserted a card for a positive review or any lie and submitted it to Amazon . Which I been selling for years and I have never done things like that at all . I appealed couple of times and no resolution at all they are asking me for prof or any evidence and asking what email caused this issue which I don’t have that information because it’s a lie and I’m trying to figure out how to solve this called seller centrel they wasted my time no help at all like the usual giving out basic information that we all know about . I need a professional that can lead me to resolve this issue and to escalate this matter to the right people. Thank you

I notice on this seller ASIN B0DFXW84VT that 99% of negative reviews from customers are been deleted by Amazon for a reason that doesnt justify the customer experience. I suspect there is a manipulation. Amazon should investigate those deleted reviews because are too many daily...

On Feb 19, 2025, a competitor purchase 4 units from me under a fake name but shipped to their own address. They signed the signature confirmation with their real name, returned the 4 units to me and left a 1 star product review under another fake name which is either their personal buyer account or a family member. This fake name has also left a 1 star review on another of our competitors listing whilst leaving multiple 5 star reviews on their own listings. Their listings also has other 5 star reviews left by a family member and Principal of their own company proving their malicious activity and intentions in review manipulation. I’ve already sent an email with the same report to community-help. I've reported it to seller central. Everything so far has been a dead end despite the fact that I collected all of the evidence and compiled a lengthy report. Amazon claims to heavily enforce product review manipulation and takes it very seriously but clearly does not do anything. Is there anyone from amazon that cares enough to actually help stop this malicious bullying tactics that clearly violates amazon policy?
