Read onlyWhat is the best way to go about an order of a buyer requesting to cancel an order that is already in transit? They said they double ordered, but their two orders came in over a day apart. They did not message until another 24 hours after their “double order” shipped out. Do i have them ship the item back at their expense and then refund them only product charge and not shipping?
ust reply that it is already shipped - and they should either refuse the package or they can write in the label “return to sender” and return - for a refund upon return
if the cancellation subject is “Order cancellation request from Amazon customer…” than it would not
Just reply to them that you cannot cancel the order as its already shipped. Once you get it back, you will refund them (if you wish minús initial Shipping).
Yes, please send one item back to us and we will send refund for second item. Thanks!
Hello,
I would disagree with sellers here who say to advise the buyer to refuse the package, thats clearly against amazon policy which states that refusal of package should not be used as a way of return.
Instead you should
Best of luck!
When we complete the refund, do we receive the Amazon fees that we paid back? Or should I deduct that from the return amount
Obviously ask them to refuse the delivery and Return to Sender…Don’t refund until the item is returned
