Read onlyYesterday, a buyer reached out to us asking if we could cancel their order as they no longer needed the product. Though a label had already been printed for the order, I was able to locate the package. As I have done in the past, I canceled the label and refunded the buyer, but the system is still acting as if we need to ship the product. We have reached out to Seller Support who states we should be able to cancel the order, but there is no cancel option available. Has anyone else ran into an issue like this?
Hey @Seller_kQazScAvpx0oZ,
I think Nisha's reply on this post from a few months ago might be of help here, but if not let us know!

I had a very weird case recently.
Customer orders a DVD and cancels before it ships. No problem, I processed the cancellation and then returned the item to inventory. No label was purchased. 10 days later, I get a return request for it . . . but how?
Then a different copy of the DVD arrives (not mine) . . . I repeat, I NEVER SHIPPED.
But I was forced to pay $5 in return shipping for another copy of the DVD which I don't want.
Amazon is very broken.
