Read onlyWe had previously received a message from a customer to cancel an order because it was taking too long to receive. We told them that we were unable to cancel the order because it had already shipped and was in transit to them. This morning we got a message from the customer service rep. on behalf of the customer stating:
Hope all is well
You have the full option to cancel this item, please stop being lazy and get it done..
You are the seller..
Cancel the item and refund the customer..
The item is not needed since its late
Please note; this has been delivered. How about we cancel this order and it is deducted from that representative's paycheck. HOW dare they. Hey if a mod wants to step in the order id is: 112-3649520-2360204. DISCIPLINARY action needs to take place. I would never allow one of my employees to speak that way to a customer or one of the vendors.
Keep in mind that CS reps typically just transcribe what the customer says. It's not the CS agent calling you "lazy", it's the rude customer who refuses to try to understand the situation.
Message the customer that it can be returned. Not much else you can do.

I am sorry to hear that you were called lazy. Believe it or not, the Customer Service associates are well known to relay messages from a buyer to a third party seller verbatim. I don't know if that is policy, process, or just something done by individual associates. Please accept my apology for the disrespect.
