Selling privilege removed for related account but I have had no relationship with the account in question.

I recently opened a new account and it was suspended due to related account. What I don't find it clear is that did Amazon provide the related account name in the notice? or is it my store name?

My store name is SAMPAR USA. on the notice the related store name seems SAMPAR+USA , or is it talking about my store?? I'm confused.

Why is this happening?

You have a separate account SAMPAR+USA which was enforced for violating one of our policies. As a result, you may no longer use the SAMPAR+USA Selling account to sell on Amazon.com.

How do I reactivate my account?

In order to reactivate this Selling account, SAMPAR+USA please follow the below steps:

1. You must first reactivate the account associated with SAMPAR+USA by submitting an appeal. Please follow the instructions in the communication received for that account.

2. Once you have successfully reactivated that account, please submit an appeal to reactivate the current account, SAMPAR+USA by using this link: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/performance/dashboard?ref=ah_em_ap. When submitting the appeal, you will need to provide us with the name of the account that was reactivated and the date of reactivation.

What if I don’t own the account – SAMPAR+USA ?

So you have to find Amazon's deactivation email for the FIRST twin - some weeks ago? - and follow the instructions.

I did review your account and it looks like you had created another one in the past that was deactivated as @Seller_rI7BZIczK8iACmentioned.

I am not able to provide the specific related account details in public, but you can reach out to seller support directly if you need further assistance.

Related accounts can be associated with your name, address, phone number, credit card etc, if you were deactivated in the past or any violation on our platform, you will have to address the old/original account deactivation first before we can assist with this one.
