Read onlyHello,
I’m currently facing an issue with Amazon’s A+ Content policy regarding the use of terms like “warranty” and “guarantee”. We attempted to submit our A+ Content, which includes the following text:
The JMR Guarantee
Guaranteed to fit your model
1-year full warranty
Does not void car manufacturer's warranty
However, we are unable to submit our content due to content validation failure because of the use of the words “warranty” and “guarantee”.
Additionally, I had a case (16722224001) with Brand Registry, where I was informed to submit the content in order to get in touch with the dedicated team. However, our struggle is that we are not able to proceed with the submission due to the error.
We are a registered brand, and all of our ASINs are products that we exclusively manufacture and sell. No other sellers are permitted to sell our products, and there are no competitors for any of our ASINs. As such, we ensure that all claims are accurate, exclusive to our brand, and in full compliance with Amazon’s policies.
We believe our content should be accepted for the following reasons:
The JMR Guarantee: This is a brand statement meant to communicate our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. It is not a monetary or service guarantee, but an assurance of the product’s performance and fit.
Guaranteed to fit your model: This is a compatibility claim that assures the customer that the product will fit their specific model. This is not intended as a warranty but as a statement of compatibility.
1-year full warranty: We offer a comprehensive 1-year warranty, covering the full replacement cost for any product malfunction, once the product is returned to us. This warranty reflects standard industry practices and is related to product performance rather than an external return or service policy.
Does not void car manufacturer's warranty: We want to reassure customers that using our product will not affect their vehicle’s existing warranty. This is important for consumers who are concerned about any potential conflicts with their car manufacturer's terms.
So, we would like to know how we can directly reach out to the dedicated team to resolve this issue and get approval for our content.
If anyone has gone through this process before or successfully received approval for similar content, could you please share your experience?
Thank you in advance for your insights and advice!
Good Evening @Seller_yoIaF8SJJuIFL,
I wanted to follow up with you on this discussion thread. I took a look at CASE ID 16722224001 and see there is a new spin-off CASE ID ending in 1511 where the last note mentions a Selling Partner Support manger was going to reach out to you for further assistance on A+ content moderation questions you have.
Feel free to keep us posted on the outcome of that conversation and whether we can do anything to assist once CASE ID ending in 1511 is closed out. Have a terrific rest of the week.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
Good Afternoon @Seller_yoIaF8SJJuIFL,
I took a look at CASE ID 16762111511 again as of about 4 hours ago, it seems the team is sticking firm to:
"You need to remove references to warranties, guarantees, satisfaction claims (e.g., guarantee, 100% satisfaction guaranteed, rest assured, 100% money back guarantee, free replacement etc.) or promises to return, refund, or replace products from the A+ page and resubmit the project. This includes images as well."
Please make the necessary updates so the content can meet the criteria to be reviewed and approved. Feel free to let us know if you have any questions regarding the outcome of the case.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
