Subscribe and Save issues

Right now I have 4 of 8 pending orders that are subscribe and save. Great right? I'd like to think so... unfortunetly I figure about 90% of orders that end up as cancelled, started out as a Subscribe and Save order. So I'm trying to figure this out, why does it seem like most of my order cancelations are Subscribe and Saves? And I mean it as a 1st time buyer of my product and not as an old Subscribe and Save subscription that was paused or canceled. I have a Coupon for 1st time buyers. After looking at my listings I see where the Coupon is and the box to check to use it. Near that it says "29% coupon applied at checkout. Subscribe & Save orders only. " I wonder if the customer is getting confused and thinking the Coupon is only good if you elect for the Subscribe and Save option. Which isn't the required at all. My Coupon is seperate from the Subscribe and Save. It would be in thier best interest to buy using the coupon and then repeat with a Subscribe and Save Subscription for the 10% off discount. I expect that if they are cancelling a Sub and Save order to again buy with the Coupon instead, I would think the Cancelled orders wouldn't sit in my pending orders for literaly weeks sometimes. 3 of the 4 Sub and Save orders are over a week old sitting in Pending. I don't recall a time where any pending order over a week old ended up shipping out. Thoughts? Comments?

Hello @Seller_NRcsAplCDjo30- thanks for creating this post and for sharing this feedback. Hopefully my commenting will help build some traction so other sellers can chime in with their thoughts as well!

Pending orders can be frustrating, and I could see customers moving away from the order if their intent was not to Subscribe & Save in the first place, or if they are misunderstanding the coupon you describe.

I don't believe there is any action needed from you beyond waiting for any pending orders to move into an 'Unshipped' status, should they do so.

Should this trend continue, and you believe other issues might be at play, don't hesitate to create a case with our support team for more technical troubleshooting though!
