returnless refund fraud
I am a new seller of handmade crystal jewelries on Amazon, and I believe the buyer has been taking advantage of the CSBA system from new sellers like me.
Recently I have an order been returnless refunded right after been received. The reason of the refund says : not as pictured. I know handmade crystal items could be different from the picture displayed on the listing page, but ironically the item I sent was exactly the piece on the picture.
It is stealing, Patricia from Pine Mountain Club. Return my item if you think it's not what you saw.
I hope the Amazon customer service could be able to protect buyers like me better.

Well, it is like this. YOU fell for Amazon's trap with participation in the CSBA program. Amazon has no problem giving away your product for free, just to make a buyer happy.
Amazon Customer Service is to protect the Buyer, not the seller. Buyers know how to abuse the system and hundreds do it daily. Your best bet is to terminate your association with the problem.
