I am growing and understanding as a new seller and would like assistance in correcting this issue.

I understand about the situation you have been experiencing with this customer that left a product review in the seller feedback, and your request for feedback removal. In this case, to assist you further here in the forums, it is necessary that you always share additional information so we can have a look further, so can you please give me the order ID, and also, share with me the feedback removal case ID? If you haven't requested the removal of feedback through the feedback manager yet and don't have a case ID, you would need to do that first, so being that the case, you can go to Request removal of feedback.
