I’m a small Amazon FBA seller since 2019 (average of 1,500 units/ year - now my score is 212), but I’ve been through the following situations and need advice/ suggestions or it’s just my very bad luck please:
1. August, 2023 : A customer submitted 2 complaints regarding 2 different products of the same brand being counterfeit - We were selling “Authentic products sourcing them directly from the manufacturer”, however Amazon accepted our appeal for 1 of the 2 complaints and refused the other 1.
- We’ve stopped selling this brand and we’re going to sell our registered brand only
2. November, 2024 : A customer submitted a complaint “Receiving a Used not New product” and I’m expecting that Amazon may suspend my account or whatever
- We’re selling “New” products sourced from the manufacturer in China and shipped directly to FBA, but noticed that Amazon has positioned 2 returned items as sellable 5 days before that order with this complaint “Used instead of New” was placed.
So, can you please share your thoughts, suggestions on how would you avoid this “Bad luck” for yourself specially if you’re a big seller? - I’m honestly selling “Authentic” and “New” products
