Hello, I currently have my brand enrolled in brand registetry with a pending trademark. Another seller started to offer my product on my listing and i know he can't have these items.

I tried to submit a violation through the brand registry with my trademark as a counterfeit violation. I am being told "Not Valid For Reporting Counterfeit"

My trademark is still in the pending stage, does this matter?

is there anything i can do to remove this seller with my trademark still pending?

i have ordered 1 unit from them to confirm it is counterfeit.

In Brand Registry, I initially submitted a trademark for my brand that was subsequently rejected for the wrong filing.

While the trademark was in the initial review process, Amazon accepted my pending Trademark before it was rejected and approved it for use on Amazon.com.

Now, I have a new Trademark submission with the USPTO that is in process of becoming Active, but Brand Registry is useless as they keep sending me the same canned response:

"Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,

Thank you for reaching us out, my name is [person] and I’m glad to support you today.

We understand your request to add an additional trademark to the Brand - [Redacted].

I need to update my Trademark submission ID to the newest one so I can gate my listing against other competition who keep listing under my products. They are selling counterfeit items and I am unable to report violations using my Brand because of this.

CAN SOMEONE FROM AMAZON SUPPORT ACTUALLY HELP EXPLAIN WHAT ACTIONS I HAVE AVAILABLE? Brand Registry is absolutely useless and incompetent.

Amazon wont abide by the law stating i can report a trademark violation from the day i have filed the trademark . My sales are down 97 % how can i get the other seller taken off my listing >
