Read onlyIn Brand Registry, I initially submitted a trademark for my brand that was subsequently rejected for the wrong filing.
While the trademark was in the initial review process, Amazon accepted my pending Trademark before it was rejected and approved it for use on Amazon.com.
Now, I have a new Trademark submission with the USPTO that is in process of becoming Active, but Brand Registry is useless as they keep sending me the same canned response:
"Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,
Thank you for reaching us out, my name is [person] and I’m glad to support you today.
We understand your request to add an additional trademark to the Brand - [Redacted].
Currently, we are unable to complete your request to add trademark number [Trademark # redacted] to your registered brand [Redacted].
We are unable to locate the Rights Owner or Trademark Correspondent contact information for the trademark number 97858433 you listed in your application.
If you did not request to add additional trademarks in Amazon Brand Registry, contact us immediately at:

I need to update my Trademark submission ID to the newest one so I can gate my listing against other competition who keep listing under my products. They are selling counterfeit items and I am unable to report violations using my Brand because of this.
CAN SOMEONE FROM AMAZON SUPPORT ACTUALLY HELP EXPLAIN WHAT ACTIONS I HAVE AVAILABLE? Brand Registry is absolutely useless and incompetent.

With the old trademark being rejected, have you attempted to just apply for Brand Registry with the new trademark? Since they're different registration numbers entirely I would love to know if you're able to.
