Where do I join this Brand Registry Ask Amazon series? Is it online, or is it just here where I ask my questions?
If so here is my question:
If I have a pending trademark registration number can I enter it into brand registry now and then later change the registration number without any issues for the same account, and same item skus?
I have a trademark registration number for a logo, however I will be registering the wordmark only in December so won't have that number until December. I would prefer to have the wordmark associated with my account and the logo removed in December.
Please advise if change over is straight forward and possible.

It seems like this event is mainly focused on encouraging sellers to register their brand through Brand Registry, but what we really need is more support for those of us already registered. All of these Q&A topics are centered around enrollment, but many sellers are facing ongoing technical issues with Brand Registry that go beyond just signing up.
What we truly need is access to real, knowledgeable humans who can provide quality customer service and technical support—not just fast responses, but thorough answers with fair and consistent rule enforcement. Will there ever be an opportunity for direct, specialized assistance with resolving Brand Registry issues, rather than just general enrollment help?

My case number is 16046642871.
I’ve been attempting to register my brand, but the process has been unsuccessful. I have submitted all the necessary business information, including my official business name, location, and Tax ID. Specifically, I’ve provided the following documents:
• A copy of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts document, showing the business name and taxpayer number.
• An IRS document that includes the Employer Identification Number (EIN), my name, business name, and address.
• A screenshot from the USPTO website that shows my brand registration number, business name, my name, and address.
• My trademark application document.
• A GS1 certificat.
• Product images
Could you please clarify which document might be missing or insufficient? I’d like to understand why the registration was unsuccessful, especially since my previous appeal was accepted (confirmation from the agent in the forum).
