How can I correct listings for my products that should be under my Amazon approved Brand but are for some reason are under a modified version of my Brand name? For example, my item should be under Brand Acme but is incorrectly under Acme Plus.

My case number is 16046642871.
I’ve been attempting to register my brand, but the process has been unsuccessful. I have submitted all the necessary business information, including my official business name, location, and Tax ID. Specifically, I’ve provided the following documents:
• A copy of the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts document, showing the business name and taxpayer number.
• An IRS document that includes the Employer Identification Number (EIN), my name, business name, and address.
• A screenshot from the USPTO website that shows my brand registration number, business name, my name, and address.
• My trademark application document.
• A GS1 certificat.
• Product images
Could you please clarify which document might be missing or insufficient? I’d like to understand why the registration was unsuccessful, especially since my previous appeal was accepted.

My company purchased a trademark, but when I registered the brand, it showed that the trademark was already registered. Obviously, the original trademark holder has registered a BR account. My company, as the new trademark holder, cannot use the trademark on Amazon because it cannot register the brand. Can the Amazon brand team help me cancel the BR account of the original trademark holder? Because the trademark has now been transferred to me.
Does a brand need to register a domain name for every site that has sales? Or is it enough to have one domain name for each site that the brand corresponds to to protect all?
My brand Guiqulai has been registered on Amazon, but the trademark is in pending status, which means I am temporarily unable to join the Transparency Program. Is there any way to speed up the process of getting the trademark to registration status?
We registered our brand on the US site, but because both the US site and the Canadian site belong to the North American site, Amazon has not set any requirements for listing products. When we operate the Canadian site, we also use the same brand as the US site to list products (and the Canadian site has not actually registered this brand). Will the newly registered brand be the same as the brand ID we previously registered on Amazon? Curious - when a Brand Listing is hijacked and the hijacker has control - why does this platform always side with hijacker and not the 'original' Business Verified holder of the brand? If you are going to create an application process for validation - why does that information NOT flow thru to the folks that can assist with getting the Verified Brand Owner their Branded Listing back?
Over the last 20 years here we have lost numerous listings and since there is ZERO help to verify US, the hacker that took over the Branded Listings, so we just moved products to other platforms and let this platform deal with their buyers being cheated and stolen from.
So it begs the questions - IF you are going to have this "Brand Registry' and this platform does NOTHING to protect the original Brand to whom it is registered - Why have the program that can be so easily hacked? Why is there no way for a hacked Brand Registered account to get it back quickly? Why are there no checks and balances within this platform for the VERIFIED Original Brand owner to get their Branded Listings locked down so no one can change without the EXPRESS WRITTEN and verified consent of the 'original' email/contact information. Why is no one held accountable inside of this platform for making sure the AI Bots track and alert when a Verified Brand has been hacked and changed and send that info to the original Verified Brand Owner and a team to change it back?
Why is there NOT a specific URL here to forward info about a hacked Branded Listing - without clicking thru a lot of links/pages AND have it resolved in seconds not days/months or if ever?
