Hello, I'm a new seller and a handmade seller. I craft my product by myself.
I recently got an email that my account has been deactivated and requires submission of business documents.
I have submitted my business document, personal identification document and partnership document with DHL for shipping my products.
But I keep getting negative feedback from Amazon team, please how I can resolve this issue and get my account reactivated.
Thank you.
As you said you were crafting your own product, so were you selling under your own listing and brand name? And if yes, do you have the trademark for your brand?
Are you selling in Amazon Handmade? If so that is a bit different than the commercial side of Amazon.
Are you in the US or in another country?
Post the email from Amazon removing personal information for further help.
Ok, that is good. No need not worry about brand registry or other issues. The listings you put up are your listings. Unlike the commercial side of Amazon where they are open to others.
You did not provide the full email they sent you. This is needed for more help.
You did not answer if you are in the US. (I asked this since you indicated your "DHL Contract" something Amazon does not care about.) This is also needed for more help.
Thank you for the further information.
This is what others need to see. The entire Performance notification they sent you.
In the past there were many Seasoned Sellers that would help with this type of thing. If any are left here they will need that document.
"I keep getting negative feedback..."??? Well, what is it so we can actually help?
Hey there @Seller_aiF74eNGn2wLv,
Thank you so much for posting here within the Seller Forums! I hope this finds you well.

I understand you have recently received a request to provide documents in a submission.
It appears the team needs to verify your business information and identity. For this, you will want to ensure your account details are up-to-date and accurate and then submit the requested documents via the Account Health page. It is important to know and ensure those documents also meet specific requirements seen here.
Please note there is a chance the team will not be able to validate these documents if there is incorrect, missing, or false information present.
All the best,
Stevie.
This is bad news.
Who was running your account? Was it a hired assistant or only yourself?
